Dr. Kolleen and Dr. Richard host an open community baby play to help parents learn how to play with their babies. This is a free event intended to help babies move, play and connect mamas in the neighborhood.

Nourishing the Mother is a mini retreat for all mothers and mother-identified humans to receive nourishment, community, and love. We all know as moms we are constantly doing, giving, and going. Even when we try to be intentional with our time and actions, the very act of mothering requires so much sacrifice and selflessness. Come spend a few hours receiving nourishment. This is a community event for bringing together moms from across the spectrum to connect and commune and receive.
