Designed for kids ages 4 and up, this class invites your little ones to explore sound, rhythm and sensory play in a joyful and supportive space.

Led by Rosalina, the experience will include:

-Music and drumming

-Gentle stretching and breathwork

-Sensory play to engage all the senses

-Tools for nervous system regulation through fun and connection

This class supports your child’s emotional and physical development through mindful movement and rhythm wrapped in play and creativity.
